Postpaid / Vi Outbound & Mini Store Operations

VP - Outbound & Mini Store Operations, Postpaid

Build & scale up quality postpaid acquisitions nationally, by spearheading the Outbound channel. The purpose of the role is drive the postpaid net add and revenue enhancement agenda through the Outbound channel

1. Achieve acquisition net of churn as per DB for all segment - Consumer , Digital , Enterprise (SOHO/ SME), IOIP , large accounts etc
2. Planning the architecture of the DSA channel - in terms of cities to operate in , ROI Model , COCA design etc
3. Drive the DSA channel as a separate vertical and increase the volume and share of DSA channel in overall postpaid share
4. Leading the CSP / DST channel nationally
5. Drive consumer and IOIP postpaid through the DST / CSP channel by ensuring optimum productivity of this channel
6. Monitor and ensure availability of DST / CSP / TL manpower as per budgeted numbers
7. Drive the training agenda of the DSA and DST manpower
8. Automation of DSA and DST verticals
9. Supervise financial compliance of CSP / DST channel by designing and implementing relevant processes
10. Coordinating with the Postpaid Digital Vertical to track and enhance Digital / Neo acquisition in markets where the mapping and delivery is through the CSP / DST channel

• Experience in DST / DSA management
• Operation excellence & team handling
• Problem solving, strategic & analytical capabilities
• Process improvement mind set
• Ability to coordinate with and influence other functions for alignment on priorities related to the outbound vertical

• Preferably an MBA or equivalent
• 10+ years of experience in Channel Sales & Distribution in B2B & B2C environment
