About the Team & Business Line: As a member of the Projects and Governance Team (PGT) reporting to the Project Manager, the Project Lead is part of a global team supporting CFS Operations. This role will entail working with management and various teams across Citco, with a responsibility for the oversight and/or execution of assigned projects. This role will require adaptability and independent ownership of initiatives, along with strong analytical, communication and time-management skills. Assignments will be varied with competing deadlines, at times requiring a quick turn-around. The Projects & Governance Team (PGT) is charged with providing multiple CFS Lines of Business units (Hedge Fund, CAIS, Private Equity, Real Assets, Investor Relations and Ancillary Services) with project management governance when executing initiatives that benefit the larger CFS Organization. PGT provides a structured framework and management information, allowing for timely escalation of issues and risks that impact the success of the initiatives. Key oversight includes regulatory and organisational change management, Global Location Strategy, Headcount Capacity Tracking, which feeds Finance Budget and Forecasting, and support of tools that provide risk mitigation opportunities (i.e. SDLP, Tibco Workflow Tool on-boarding, Operational Risk Log, Citco Recon Tools). PGT regularly interacts with and supports senior stakeholders and very large user groups within the organisation, requiring a very high standard of ownership, reporting, communication and presentation.

Your Role: · Initiate projects by working to define scope, tasks, timelines and identify and managing stakeholders, primarily Project Sponsor(s) and Senior Management for the various projects to be undertaken · Execute projects independently, by displaying sound judgement and proactively managing risks and issues · Lead assigned projects, managing expectations and communicating delays on projects to the Manager and/or Project Manager · Own end-to-end execution of small to medium sized projects by ensuring that project plans are developed and implemented, inclusive of the below: Defining business plan, ensuring scope of project is clear, information is gathered from appropriate stakeholders and sign-off is obtained Identifying and documenting detailed requirements as required for initiatives Tailoring the communication plan appropriately for each stakeholder group Ensuring project schedules are completed and maintained Ensuring risks and issues are identified, tracked and escalated to PM and Stakeholders Perform feasibility studies or cost-benefit analysis as required Conduct post project reviews, documenting lessons learned · Demonstrate initiative, resourcefulness, engagement with and innate understanding of the overall goals of the project - through problem-solving, independent research and critical thinking · Work closely with stakeholders to ensure that requirements are understood, and that identified tasks support the project requirements · Track and drive project progress against defined milestones · Track and manage contemplated change orders according to the defined process · Coach and mentor Project Coordinators · Follow standard PGT PMO procedures and tools to manage projects to successful completion · Collaborate with PGT resources in various locations and time zones to enhance and refine standard PGT PMO procedures and/or implement new tools

About You: · Bachelor- or Master-level degree · Five+ years in project management roles with demonstrated responsibility and ownership of projects, preferably in financial domain, and/or Citco operational experience with increasing responsibility · Self-starter who can demonstrate taking initiative and ownership in current role · Proven time management capabilities · Excellent communication, organisational and presentation skills · Advanced MS Office suite skills · Assets/nice-to-haves: · PMP- or CAPM-certified · Experience with Agile delivery methodologies, and/or continuous improvement methodologies Experience with Project Server, SharePoint, Qlik, Jira and/or Confluence Understanding of how ERP, BPM, CRM and BI tools operate Lean Six Sigma Certification/BPM Certification/BA Certification AII BPM Certificate , Certification from
