- IT Asset Management and Service Experience are crucial components of managing IT within an organization
- ITAM ensures that IT resources are efficiently managed and secured throughout their lifecycle, while Service Experience focuses on providing users with a positive and efficient interaction with IT services and support

About the position
- Develop and maintain IT asset management policies, processes, and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of partner operations to verify the accuracy of asset data and compliance with contractual agreements.
- Maintain a comprehensive CMDB inventory of all CIs including IT assets, including hardware, software licenses, and subscriptions.
- Drive usage analytics on entire asset base of hardware and software assets to optimize Upfield s cost.
- IT Service Request and User Satisfaction Management (incl Complaints & Escalations).
So, what does it take to be successful in this role
- 6-10 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of IT asset management principles, including procurement, inventory, and compliance.
- Deep knowledge of software asset management for SaaS licenses.
- Working knowledge of licensing models of multiple enterprise IT software such as SAP, Zendesk, Microsoft products etc
- SIAM or ITIL certification is highly desirable
