Shift & Schedule: Night Shift
Role Summary:
As a US IT Recruiter you will play a crucial role in sourcing interviewing and placing IT professionals in contract contracttohire and fulltime positions with our clients in the United States. This position requires a proactive approach excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of the US IT recruitment process.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct sourcing activities using various platforms (e.g. job boards networking sites social media) to identify qualified candidates for IT positions.
- Screen resumes conduct interviews and assess candidates skills experience and suitability for client requirements.
- Maintain a strong understanding of current IT trends and technologies to effectively communicate with candidates and clients.
- Foster and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process and beyond.
- Coordinate with the sales team to understand client requirements and deliver timely and effective staffing solutions.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to US IT recruitment.
- Achieve recruitment targets and contribute to the teams success.
- Provide regular updates and feedback to management and clients on recruitment activities.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Applications (BCA/MCA) Science (B.Sc/M.Sc in CS or IT) or Engineering (B.E/B.Tech in ECE EEE CSE IT).
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Prior experience in US IT recruitment is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Strong understanding of technical terms and IT roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with candidates and clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment software/tools.

Essential Qualifications and Skills: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor\'s degree in business or related field is a plus. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the audiovisual equipment industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in using billing and inventory management systems. Basic understanding of audiovisual equipment and technology. Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accuracy. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Sales-driven with a passion for exceeding targets.
