Job description
Kalkitech is seeking a qualified candidate with a proven track record of success in product management, specifically in the energy and utility domain. The ideal candidate should have experience in customer engagement, product marketing, and driving growth in a competitive market. They will also possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
Roles & Responsibilities Develop and execute product strategies to drive customer engagement and market growth. Conduct market research and analysis to stay current on industry trends and customer needs. In constant touch with end customers and the market to understand and appropriately capture customer requirements and feedback. Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions. Support sales and business development teams in building solutions for customers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize product development opportunities. Manage product backlog, including feature prioritization. Create user stories and design mock-ups as inputs for developers. Prototyping & Mock-ups for engineering & marketing understanding Develop and deliver product demonstrations to customers and internal teams. Analyze product performance and make recommendations for improvements. Work closely with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to ensure timely and quality product delivery. Review & approve product functionalities, interfaces, user interfaces, and use cases. Qualifications Bachelor's/master's degree in, the field of Electrical Engineering Thorough understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle. 8+ years of experience in product management & marketing, with a focus on the energy and utility domain. Proven track record of delivering successful software products and driving growth in a competitive market. Should have good knowledge of cloud and IoT technology. Experience in customer engagement and relationship management. Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams. Knowledge of communication and automation technologies in the power utilities domain is preferred. Understanding of Smart Grid Technologies and Distributed Energy Resource Integration Standards is a plus.Job tags
