*Position*: E-Commerce Manager

Our dynamic team is the driving force behind our success, and we are seeking a seasoned E-Commerce Manager to join and lead our digital sales efforts. *Roles & Responsibilities*: • Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy to boost online sales and enhance user experience. • Oversee the day-to-day management of our e-commerce platform including product listing, content creation, and merchandising. • Analyse sales data to identify trends, forecast demand, and optimize pricing strategies. • Collaborate with marketing to drive traffic to our website through SEO optimization, PPC campaigns, and social media engagement. • Manage cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of online activities with overall company goals. • Partner with IT and web development teams to ensure the website's functionality is optimized for user experience and conversion. • Handle customer service inquiries related to e-commerce and resolve issues promptly. • Practical knowledge about Amazon and flipkart accounts management. • Stay abreast of new e-commerce trends and technologies, and apply cutting-edge solutions to keep us ahead of the competition. *Qualifications*: • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce management or a related role. • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce etc.), web analytics (Google Analytics), and digital marketing strategies. • Proven track record of scaling online sales and improving conversion rates in amazon and flipkart • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into action.Job tags
