Position: Inside Sales Specialist (Food Tech Industry)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Inside Sales Specialist to join our team, specializing in lead generation and conversion within the B2C food tech industry. As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting B2C leads into potential customers. Your role will primarily involve booking free trials and effectively converting leads to generate revenue for our client. This is a remote position with a standard work schedule of 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Flexible) from Tuesday to Sunday, with Mondays off.

Key Responsibilities:

- Utilize your expertise in lead generation techniques to identify potential customers in the food industry.

- Engage with B2C leads through various communication channels, demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Articulate the benefits of our client's products and services, highlighting their value proposition to potential customers.

- Book free trial appointments by effectively communicating the benefits and features of the product.

- Work closely with leads during their free trial period, addressing any queries or concerns and ensuring a positive trial experience.

- Employ persuasive techniques to convert trial users into paying customers, thereby contributing to revenue generation.

- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead conversion strategies.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and conversions using CRM software.

- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance your product knowledge and sales skills.

Benefits and Compensation:

- Competitive salary package of 6.0 LPA (Fixed pay: 3.0 LPA + Variable pay: 3.0 LPA).

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proven experience in business development, sales, or lead generation, preferably within the food industry.

- Strong understanding of the sales process and techniques, with a focus on consultative selling.

- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.

- Ability to build rapport and establish strong relationships with potential customers.

- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented mindset.

- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.
