Job description
Experience- 15 yrs min Location- Pune, MH Role- Hybrid from Pune Mandatory Skills- SAP FICO, SAP SD, SAP MM, SAP PP 1. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills 2. Understand the Customer requirements and Design / Present the Solution across SAP modules (dependent on customer requirements and environments). 3. This includes solution design with interfacing SAP or non-SAP applications 4. Implementing effective utilization of SAP best practices for IT operations 4. Solution Delivery Management – This role is cusp of solution design and delivery management. The ideal candidate is an experience consultant with proven experience in managing delivery along with the solution design. The ideal candidate must have following skills and experience a. Project Planning (MSP), budgeting, resource planning, estimation etc b. Proven experience in Agile delivery methodology and SAP’s Activate and ASAP methodology c. Ability to unblock any delivery situation and proven experience in the same d. Ability to work with the team and motivate them e. Ability to manage customer stakeholders and ensure the projects are delivered on time in budget and up to the customer’s satisfaction f. Quality Control – Amdhan strongly believes in delivery of Services and Solution to the highest possible quality. This will be the key responsibility of the person in this role to ensure the deliverable to the customer are of the high-quality standards.
5. Presales and Sales Support – Presales is a critical function and this role includes Presales activities which includes but not limited to a. Meeting and presentations to the prospects relevant to their domain field of expertise. b. Representing Amdhan and lead the technical sales discussions c. Preparing demos, uses cases, presentations, SoWs, proposals etc d. Working with the wider teams to work on RFPs and respond to RFPs e. Guide the team to ensure the RFP responses are high quality and standard 6. At least 1 E2E implementation of S/4 HANA solution using the Activate methodology Following are the must haves for this role 1. 10 + year experience in designing and delivering SAP solutions 2. Worked on domestic and global projects / customers 3. Strong understanding of functional areas (FI, SD, PP, QM, PM, MM, WM/EWM) within SAP and must have hands-on experience in configuration of solutions in at least 1 module 4. Expertise in SAP MM – IM, WM , EWM , SD and Project Management 5. Very good knowledge of Business Technology Platform or another similar PaaS solution 6. Experience with Solution Manager desired 7. Implementing effective utilization of SAP best practices for IT operations 8. Proper understanding & utilization of the SAP Model Company set up and utilizing the same for demos, use cases, presentations, sows, proposals, etc. 9. Expert in hands on customizing, application support, analyzing and evaluating needs of integration in existing SAP landscape 10. Exceptional Technical knowledge and expertise with SAP system configuration, functional specification writing for developing reports, system enhancement's and user exits; integration and interface building with Non-SAP(TAX Interfaces specially) and Legacy Systems 11. Experience with SAAS Cloud Integration with REST, API, JSON, webservices such as Concur, Ariba and other providers 12. Expert in conducting fit gap workshops, gap analysis, realizing and implementation of SAP projects worldwide 13. Must have working experience in oil & gas sectorJob tags
