Job Overview
Almighty HRD Consultants is seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance professional to join our team. As a Mechanical Maintenance, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of machinery and equipment. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The job is based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India and is a full-time employment opportunity.
Qualifications and Skills
- 4 to 6 years of experience in mechanical maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) principles.
- Experience in maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance techniques.
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Excellent team management and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in hydraulics and pneumatics.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure their optimal performance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues, and carry out necessary repairs.
- Conduct preventive maintenance activities to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to develop and implement maintenance strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repair and replacement parts.
- Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and regulations.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of hydraulics and pneumatics.
- Supervise and train junior maintenance staff.
- Coordinate with external vendors for equipment servicing and repairs.
