Job Title: HR amp; Admin Executive
Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will have 1 to 2 years of experience in the HR department, with a strong understanding of HR processes and procedures. The HR Executive will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR team and assisting with various HR functions.
Roles And Responsibilities - Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is up to date, including employment contracts, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in the preparation and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Support the HR team in conducting employee performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees and managers.
- Assist in the preparation of HR reports and analytics, including employee turnover, absenteeism, and training needs.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations and effective communication.
Qualifications - Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in an HR department, with a solid understanding of HR processes and procedures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
