Job Description Experience: 5+ Years Locations: Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, Mumbai, Chennai, Coimbatore, Kochi, Kolkata, Nagpur
Primary Skills: ServiceNow, ITSM, CMDB
Desired Skills & Responsibilities:-- Candidate must have at least 10+ years of overall ServiceNow experience
- Hands-on design, development, and deployment experience with the Service-now platform
- Candidate must have 4+ years of ServiceNow CMDB & Discovery experience
- Good knowledge of the CMDB data model
- Experience in writing custom patterns
- Must have good communication skills
- Experience in resolving Discovery issues & coordinating with various infra teams
- Must have good communication skills
- Must have team-handling experience
- Working experience in Service Maps: Experience in writing custom patterns
