Job Description



Position Overview: The Marketing Manager for Waste Management is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that promote waste management services and solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the waste management industry and environmental sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote waste management services, including recycling, composting, and waste-to-energy solutions.
  2. Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitive landscape in the waste management industry.
  3. Create and manage marketing budgets, ensuring that campaigns are cost-effective and deliver measurable results.
  4. Collaborate with sales teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition and retention.
  5. Manage digital marketing efforts, including email campaigns, social media, and SEO/SEM, to reach target audiences effectively.
  6. Analyze data and metrics to track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in waste management and environmental sustainability.
  8. Supervise and mentor a team of marketing professionals.

Qualifications



Qualifications

:

  1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, environmental science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  2. Proven experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies in the waste management or environmental sustainability industry.
  3. Strong understanding of waste management practices and environmental regulations.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  6. Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms.
  7. Experience managing a team of marketing professionals is a plus.
