ROLE PURPOSE & OBJECTIVE
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Customer Excellence
function. You will support building and managing India fastest-growing digital banks Customer
Experience function and will be responsible for Email support for Customer Service function

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS OF KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
Educational Qualifications
Graduation in relevant stream, PGDM/ MBA will be preferred.
Excellent Communication Skills
Good Command on Drafting
Experience 3 - 12 years of experience Email Support within Banking/ NBFCs or a customer centric organization
Functional Skills
Knowledge of Banking products, services and operations
Good interpersonal & communication skill Both verbal and written
