Job description We are seeking an experienced and results-driven HR business partner to align our HR initiatives and functions with business objectives and business needs.
The ideal candidate for this role should have a good understanding of business functions, good communication skills, good interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and good organizational skills. As a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), you will play a crucial role in aligning business objectives with employees and management within the organization. You will serve as a consultant to management on human resources-related issues and act as an employee champion and change agent. The HRBP will assess and anticipate HR-related needs, communicate proactively, and formulate partnerships across the organization to deliver value-added service to management and employees. 1. Develop effective partnership with internal customers at all levels ensuring a robust employee network. 2. Act as an active guide for business on people practices & partner for business performance from the perspective of conducive & ethical practices. 3. Coach / Guide Cluster heads on people management & HR challenges. 4. Create effective analytical tools & reports to analyses employee information to enable managers with proactive solutions to address people challenges & foster positive work environment. 5. Identify, prioritize & build organizational capabilities for continuing business success in close coordination with the Cluster heads & regional leaders. 6. Collect market intelligence on people practices in the Industry & outside to be able to suggest to business effective people strategies from time to time. 7. Identify opportunities for strategic projects on people practices, conceptualize & drive to implement the same as part of change management acting as an effective change agent. What You'll Need: Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Experience: At least 15 years + working in HR, including solving employee relations issues and across multiple HR areas. Knowledge: Experience as a HRBP, working with diverse cultures, market awareness Skills Excellent communication, teamwork, coaching, problem-solving, detail-oriented, time management, multi-tasking, and the ability to handle sensitive matters firmly.Job tags
