Location : BTM Layout - 2nd Stage, Behind Silk Board, Bangalore, India
Shift: Day
Working Days - Monday - Saturday (6 Days)
Skills & Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in any field is preferred.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Proficient in office equipment and Microsoft Office.
- Pleasant and presentable
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role.
- Should be fluent in English, Hindi and Kannada.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records and logs.
- Provide administrative support and handle basic office tasks.
- Develop/maintain positive working relationships; support team to reach common goals.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Handle incoming emails and correspondence, responding promptly and professionally.
- Provide g eneral administrative support to various departments as needed.
