About the Job:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at V Max Wellness, located in Coimbatore. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Human Resources department, training, and performance assessment, as well as ensuring adherence to company policies and compliance with government regulations. The Human Resources Manager will also be in charge of advising and supporting line managers in all HR-related activities.

Employee Relations:
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and conflicts.
- Ensure a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Implement and enforce company policies.
Performance Management:
- Oversee the performance appraisal process.
- Guide goal setting and career development.
- Address performance issues and implement improvement plans.
Training and Development :
- Identify training needs and coordinate training programs.
- Develop and implement employee development initiatives.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Administer compensation and benefits programs.
- Conduct salary surveys and make recommendations for salary adjustments.
- Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws.
HR Strategy and Planning:
- Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Contribute to organizational development and change management initiatives.
Legal Compliance:
- Stay informed about labor laws and regulations.
- Ensure HR policies and practices comply with local, state, and federal laws.
- Handle employee relations issues in compliance with legal requirements.
Requirements:-
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in human resources management is required; strong leadership qualities and those capable of driving individually from end to end of all the human resources practices are required.
- Significant generalist HR experience within the health, wellness, and fitness industry or corporate IT industry.
- Experience using the OKR method in performance management
- Strong knowledge of human resources policies, procedures, and best practices
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and line managers
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Affiliation with reputable HR organizations is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and human resources management software
