Job description
We are currently seeking a talented Shopify/WordPress Developer with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our team. This role will involve working on Shopify and WordPress projects, including theme customization, plugin development, and website maintenance.
Responsibilities:
1. Proficient in full-cycle WordPress and Shopify website development, from inception to completion.
2. Extensive experience in Woo Commerce customization, including add-ons, API integration, and webbooks.
3. Skilled in Shopify theme customization, liquid code, metafiles, and template creation for various elements like blogs and products.
4. Expertise in developing Woo Commerce payment gateways and utilizing WordPress APIs.
5. Excellent command of PHP and deep understanding of WordPress architecture.
6. Strong knowledge of APIs and their integration into WordPress and Shopify platforms.
7. Familiarity with Ajax and jQuery for enhanced interactivity and user experience.
8. Assist in testing, debugging, documenting, and ensuring the quality assurance of projects.
9. Proficiency in MySQL database management.
10. Comfortable working with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
11. Understanding of the entire web development process, including design, development, and deployment.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a WordPress CMS Developer.
3. Strong proficiency in PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
4. Extensive experience in custom WordPress theme and plugin development.
5. In-depth knowledge of Woo Commerce, Shopify, and other e-commerce platforms.
6. Familiarity with APIs, webbooks, and third-party service integrations.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
8. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
9. Passion for learning and adapting to new technologies and methodologies.
10. Experience with version control systems such as Git is a plus.
11. Prior exposure to Agile development methodologies is preferred.
12. Located in Noida or willing to relocate.
