Job Brief

A Customer Service Representative or CSR will act as a liaison provide product/service information answer questions and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.

Customer service representatives can put themselves in their customers shoes and advocate for them when necessary. Customer feedback is priceless and these CSRs can gather that for you. Problemsolving also comes naturally to customer care specialists.

The target is to ensure excellent service standards respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Present and promote products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers

Establish develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships

Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling networking and social media

Supply management with reports on customer needs problems interests competitive activities and potential for new products and services.

Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends

Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services

Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data

Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations

Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections

Collaborate with team members to achieve better results

Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams

Requirements and skills

Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or relevant role

Excellent knowledge of MS Office

Highly motivated and targetdriven with a proven track record in sales

Prioritizing time management and organizational skills

Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audiences needs

Relationship management skills and openness to feedback

Proficiency in English

Handson experience with CRM software is a plus

Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques

Selfmotivated with a resultsdriven approach
