Job description
1. Perform the routine analysis, method development, method validations and batch analysis by LC-MS-Q-TOF, ICP-MS and HS-GC-MS.
2. Preparation and Review of Method development reports, Method validation protocols, Method Validation Reports.
3. Perform the Extractable and Leachable study by using LC-MS-Q-TOF, ICP-MS and HS-GC-MS.
4. Review of protocols and reports for Extractable & Leachable studies by ICP-MS, HS-GC-MS, and LC-MS/MS Q-TOF.
5. Perform the Nitrosamines and elemental impurities study by LC-MS-Q-TOF & HS-GC-MS and elemental impurities study by ICP-MS.
6. Review of protocols and reports for Nitrosamines by LC-MS/MS Q-TOF & HS-GC-MS and elemental impurities studies by ICP-MS.
7. Preparation and review of SOP's and Guidelines.
8. To perform and monitor the calibrations of analytical instruments as per the procedure and master calibration schedule.
9. To follow GLP practices in laboratory and be flexible to support change in project priorities.
10. Preparation and review of test methods, STP's and COA's.
11. Undertake and fulfill any task assigned by the HOD of concerned department
