Job description
We are seeking an experienced SAP GRC Consultant with a proven track record in GRC solution implementation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for configuring, implementing, and optimizing SAP GRC solutions to ensure our clients' compliance, risk management, and security needs are met efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with clients, compliance officers, and security teams to gather and understand governance, risk, and compliance requirements.
SAP GRC Implementation: Configure and implement SAP GRC modules, including Access Control, Risk Management, and Process Control, to align with client-specific compliance and security policies.
Access Control: Set up and manage user access profiles, roles, and authorization policies to ensure segregation of duties (SoD) compliance.
Risk Management: Implement risk assessment and monitoring processes, and develop mitigation strategies to address identified risks.
Process Control: Configure controls and workflows for monitoring and managing compliance with internal and external regulations.
Security Policies: Define and enforce security policies and procedures within the SAP GRC environment.
Integration: Ensure seamless integration of SAP GRC with other SAP and non-SAP systems for comprehensive risk and compliance management.
Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for tracking compliance status and risk metrics.
Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including configuration guides, process flows, and user manuals.
Testing: Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to validate the functionality and accuracy of SAP GRC solutions.
Support and Training: Provide end-user training and support, assisting with issue resolution and troubleshooting.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on SAP GRC best practices, new features, and compliance regulations, and make recommendations for process improvements.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP GRC implementation and support.
Proficiency in configuring SAP GRC modules, including Access Control, Risk Management, and Process Control.
Strong understanding of governance, risk, and compliance processes and regulations.
Knowledge of SAP security concepts and experience with role design and SoD analysis.
Effective problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
SAP GRC certification is a plus.
