Job Overview
We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic HR Recruiter Executive to join our team at Sri Sai Overseas Recruitment. As an HR Recruiter Executive, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to meet our recruitment needs. This is a full-time position based in Vadodara, Gujarat, India, with the opportunity for growth and career advancement.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or HR role
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment methods and best practices
- Familiarity with job portals and social media platforms for candidate sourcing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Proficient in MS Office
- Understanding of legal and ethical standards in recruitment
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conducting job analysis to determine the desired skills, knowledge, and experience for each position
- Sourcing and attracting candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, and professional networking
- Screening resumes and shortlisting candidates based on the job requirements
- Conducting initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate suitability
- Coordinating interviews with hiring managers and facilitating the selection process
- Assessing and evaluating candidates' qualifications, skills, and culture fit
- Providing feedback and recommendations to hiring managers
- Preparing and presenting job offers to successful candidates
- Building and maintaining a candidate pipeline for future hiring needs
- Ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards in recruitment
