Job description

Responsibilities

. Minimum 2 years of work experience preferably in any BPO set up with good communication. Learn and master the process quickly and meet the client requirement for high quality/accurate Service.
. Having a Hands-on experience in working on S&F Domain Billing
. Having hands on experience in Circuit Design, MACD requests, requests for Order Status and Escalations, Services Performance and Escalations, and requests for Billing Disputes and Dispute resolution.
. Any Graduate (Graduation must as we don't recruit undergraduate).
. Flexible working in night shifts
. Be able to take ownership and responsibility of service request resolution
. Be able to handle Outbound/Inbound Regular/Escalated Transactions (Case & Call)
on a timely manner through the official channels, which tackles transactional details (i.e. Status updates, actions and SLAs)
. Be able to take ownership and action on requests and actively coordinate work to completion
. Ensure non-disclosure of any client specific information and to maintain password integrity
. Be able to meet set goals for Reliability, Efficiency and Quality and adherence to meet the client Requirements
. Be able to assist with reports as assigned by Team Leader.
. Be able to take the additional responsibilities
. Be able to adhere and report information security related incidents without any delay to the right authority. i.e. All information-related incidents, losses
