Job Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Billing Engineer to join our team at DBOT Realty Pvt. As a Billing Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all billing activities on site. This includes preparing, verifying, and submitting invoices, as well as tracking and analyzing project costs. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in billing procedures and regulations, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 4-6 years of experience as a Billing Engineer or similar role in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of billing procedures and regulations
- Proficiency in using billing software and tools
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all billing activities on site
- Prepare, verify, and submit invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Track and analyze project costs, including materials, labor, and overhead
- Review and evaluate contracts, specifications, and other project documentation to ensure accurate billing
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve billing discrepancies or issues
- Maintain accurate records of billing activities, payments, and outstanding balances
- Ensure compliance with billing procedures and regulations
- Provide support and assistance to the finance department as needed
- Participate in project meetings to provide input and updates on billing activities
