Workplace is looking for a an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager with strong track record of driving cross-organization programs in a tech setup. This is a high-visibility role which will directly impact multiple Amazon business lines. Along with building platform features, Workplace team is also responsible for automating business processes across Amazon business lines using a combination of UI Automation and AWS capabilities to meet the business scale. As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will liaison between globally distributed partners such as program managers, product managers, technology to deliver hundreds of complex automations. These partners can be part of Finance and Amazon business lines like Tax, Accounting, Legal, PXT etc. As a passionate program leader you will be directly responsible for thousands of hours of productivity and reduced cost to serve for Amazon businesses. To ensure success of the programs and meet the scale of automations, you will oversee, articulate the gap between teams, processes, and system architectures and ensure classic failure modes (requirements not complete, ineffective cross-team collaboration) are avoided. As a data-driven leader, you regularly review key metrics ensuring they are aligned with Workplace goals mitigating risks and eliminating impediments. You also understand cross-cutting systems and services in Workplace platform, their architectural limitations and boundary conditions. You proactive identify and mitigate risks in these systems to ensure smooth and timely delivery of process automations.

- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 3+ years of software development experience
- 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
