Job description
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze client's business requirements related to human resources, payroll, and workforce management.
- Configure Oracle HCM modules to meet client specifications, ensuring alignment with best practices.
- Lead or contribute to the implementation of Oracle HCM solutions, ensuring successful deployment and user adoption.
- Work on integrating Oracle HCM with other systems to ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability.
- Provide training to end-users and support them during the implementation phase to ensure effective use of the Oracle HCM system.
- Conduct thorough testing of Oracle HCM configurations to identify and resolve any issues, ensuring system reliability.
- Create and maintain project documentation, including functional specifications, test scripts, and user manuals.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Oracle HCM modules, addressing user queries and resolving system issues.
- Keep abreast of Oracle HCM updates and industry trends to provide clients with the latest and most effective solutions.
- Maintain effective communication with clients to understand their evolving needs and tailor Oracle HCM solutions accordingly.
- Ensure that Oracle HCM configurations align with legal and regulatory requirements related to HR and payroll.
Qualifications EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: (degree, training, or certification required)
- BE/ B Tech/ MCA
- Experience in Oracle Fusion HCM is preferred.
Relevant Experience (no. of years of technical, functional, and/or leadership experience or specific exposure required)
- 8-12 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of Integrated environment with varied complexity
- Experience working with Agile software development teams and SCRUM environments
- Experience in interface design, interaction with Hardware, DB, Security, APIs and memory allocation.
