Job Description :- Translate Client's business requirements into a set of analytical tasks- Work independently on business problems and generate meaningful insights- Able to filter through ambiguity present in business problems & come up with a well-structured methodology- Articulate analysis findings efficiently with an on-shore team- Proactively identify, prioritize, and conduct analysis that drives meaningful change on KPIs and critical objectives for the Client.Must have :- 3+ years of experience in data analytics role with expertise in Tableau/Powerbi- Must have a working knowledge of different types of charts, tables, filters, calculated fields, parameters, functions, blending, LODs, etc. in Tableau/PowerBI- Ability to build medium to complex interactive dashboards using a different type of data sources in Tableau- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills- Strong verbal and business communication skills- Skill in identifying data issues and anomalies during the analysis- Strong business acumen & demonstrated an aptitude for analytics that incite actionGood to have : Experience in Python, R, SAS, SQL and other programming languages, Web Automation, Excel VBA (ref:hirist.tech)
