Job description

1) Evaluate the quality of data sources, identifying errors, inconsistencies, and inaccuracies.
2) Develop validation rules and procedures to verify the accuracy and completeness of data.
3) Investigate and identify the root causes of data quality problems and work on solutions to prevent recurrence.
4) Define and track key performance indicators related to data quality and report on them regularly.
5) Test the existing system processes and provide recommendations for improvements.

Responsibilities:
1) Create and maintain quality documentation, including test plans, test cases, quality reports, and other relevant documentation.
2) Create reports and dashboards to communicate data quality metrics and issues to stakeholders.
3) Effective communication with cross-functional teams, management, and stakeholders regarding quality-related issues, improvements, and progress.
4) Provide training and mentor junior quality analysts and team members to ensure that they understand and follow quality processes and best practices.
5) Oversee the work of junior Quality Analysts and managing QA projects as required.
6) Gather and analyze customer feedback to drive quality improvements and ensure customer satisfaction.
7) Use/implement QA automation software tools for defect management, regression, and automation.

Requirements

Experience with real data in any domain.

Innovative and strong analytical and algorithmic problem solving.

Familiar with SQL queries.

Excellent analytical and organization skills.

Ability to understand front-end/application user requirements and a problem-solving attitude.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Good in documenting processes and maintaining data records.
