Job description
The role will be working closely with the MD and CEO of the Company (A 5000 Cr Turnover Sales & Manufacturing Organization) and will be responsible for managing his EA role as well as his personal Financial decisions. The role will also work closely with the CFO and other leadership team members for driving various projects.
Key Responsibilities EA Part (40%) Manage scheduling for company executive. Draft, review and send communications on behalf of company executive. Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the executive Maintain various records and documents for company executive(s) Family Office Function (60%) Preparing or reviewing reports summarizing investment performance and ensure investment activity is recorded as applicable Communicating and coordinating with the office and outside investors, vendors, bankers, insurance brokers, attorneys as appropriate Projections, budgeting and other financial analysis as needed Assisting in managing adherence to policies and procedures for SEBI / RBI etc Direct communication with internal &external advisers. Review term sheets for alternative investments Manage cash flow forecasting for client's portfolio of investments, charitable contributions and personal expenses Review complex individual tax returns and related fiduciary, partnership, corporate and foundation returns Executive Assistant Skills And Qualifications Excellent written and verbal communication skills Time-management skills Ability to pay attention to detail Organization skills Ability to multitask Basic understanding of frequently used computer software and programs, such as Microsoft Office Interpersonal skill MBA from a premium Tier II Institute / Tier I - Graduate Age - not more than 30 years Budget max - 18 LacsJob tags
