Job Title: US IT Recruiter Location: Chennai (Medavakkam) Exp required: 6 months to 2 years

Freshers who all are interested in the recruitment industry may also apply !!!

Roles and responsibilities:

· Candidate should have at least 6 months to 2 years of experience in the US IT staffing industry. · Must have strong experience in sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates technically. · Candidate should have good experience in handling end-to-end technical recruitment processes across various streams of Information Technologies & Services. · Should have good knowledge & working experience in handling all Visa Types & tax terms (W2, 1099 & Corp to Corp) · Need strong experience in negotiating compensation to close a candidate. · Candidate should have good experience in working with Fulltime, W2 & C2C roles. · Handling Direct clients & VMS would be a plus. · Experience in using recruiting portals such as Dice, Monster, CB, indeed and social sites like LinkedIn. · Must have very good oral and written skills in English. · Should maintain the database of consultants.
