Job Overview We are looking for a skilled Gymnastic Instructor with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team. As a Gymnastic Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching and training individuals in different gymnastic techniques and exercises. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
Qualifications And Skills - Junior: 1 to 3 years of experience as a Gymnastic Instructor.
- Strong knowledge and expertise in gymnastic techniques and exercises.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire individuals of all ages and skill levels.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Certification in gymnastics or relevant field is preferred.
- Experience in organizing and conducting gymnastic events is a plus.
Roles And Responsibilities - Instruct and guide individuals in various gymnastic techniques and exercises.
- Demonstrate and teach proper form, techniques, and safety measures.
- Develop and implement training programs and routines based on individual needs and goals.
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of individuals and provide feedback.
- Assist in the preparation and organization of gymnastic events and competitions.
- Ensure a safe and supportive environment for all participants.
- Maintain equipment and ensure its proper use and storage.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in gymnastics.
