Job description

As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fill various positions within the organization. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Additionally, you will manage the entire recruitment process, from posting job advertisements to conducting interviews and negotiating job offers. Your goal will be to attract top talent, enhance the organization's workforce, and contribute to its overall success.

Designation- Talent Acquisition Executive Experience: Minimum 1 year Immediate joiner required

Job Description: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Understanding the hiring requirements. Utilize various methods for candidate sourcing such as job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and other channels. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates. Review resumes and applications to assess candidates' qualifications and suitability for open positions. Schedule interviews, assessments, and other hiring-related activities, coordinating with hiring managers and other team members. Assist in negotiating job offers, including salary, benefits, and other terms. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information, including resumes, correspondence, and interview notes. Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles. Time-management skills and multitasking ability

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (some positions may require a Master's degree). Experience: Previous experience into end to end hiring process , preferably in a similar industry or role. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders. Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with candidates and colleagues. Organizational Skills: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify challenges in the recruitment process and develop solutions to address them. Technology Skills: Proficiency in using Portals Ethical Conduct: Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding ethical standards in all recruitment activities.
