Competencies Required To Perform The Job

Authorities, Duties & Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales target as per management business objectives .
  • Supports the determination of annual volume target approach by supporting action plans based on marketing strategies.
  • Developing and executing area sales strategy in the defined segment to meet the growth target.
  • Dealer and distributor Account Acquisition: Plan & Execution
  • Supports the desired growth of sales volume and execution of different promotional activities at dealer premises.
  • Achieves a high level of customer service and support with an emphasis on partnership building. Works with customer to create partnerships that are mutually rewarding and long lasting. Managing Receivables as per AMG Automobili's credit policy
  • Launching New Products/ product portfolios according to OEM approvals.

Key Requirement: Travelling required - 16-18 days in a month

INDUSTRY PREFERENCE: Lubricant, Batteries and Filter's Only
