Job description

Job Summary:

Handle revenue streams from new client acquisition for IT staffing services.
Grow the business of IT Staffing in scale and scope with key client acquisitions.
Handle targets on Gross Profit (Revenue), contract resource numbers (onboards), new client signups (Key clients).
Responsible to drive signups with prospective clients in the chosen focus industry segments.
Work with Delivery/Recruitment teams to ensure new client requirements are serviced immediately and efficiently.
Uphold the brand of FieldMI in the market and ensure customer satisfaction.
Skills Required:

- Graduate or post-graduate with experience in sales and business development.

- Specific experience in IT or IT Staffing industry business development role involving hunting and farming of clients.

- Excellent English Communication skills written and oral.

- Knowledge about the current market trends especially IT industry related to staffing services.

- Handling Domestic and International clients.

- Proven ability to handle revenue targets is a must

- Motivated self-starter, proactive, able to meet unexpected challenges, and can work independently as well as part of a team

- Effective presentation skills

- Negotiation skills
