Position Overview: As a Graphic Designer and Video Editor Manager, it will play a pivotal role in creating visually engaging content for various media platforms. It will also be responsible for overseeing a team of graphic designers and video editors, ensuring the quality, creativity, and timely delivery of visual assets. Key Responsibilities: 1. Team Leadership: - Supervise and lead a team of graphic designers and video editors. - Set clear goals, provide feedback, and mentor team members to enhance their skills. - Foster a collaborative and creative work environment. 2. Project Management: - Plan, prioritize, and delegate tasks to team members to meet project deadlines. - Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and other departments to understand project requirements. - Ensure efficient workflow and resource allocation. 3. Graphic Design: - Create visually appealing graphics for a wide range of digital and print materials, including marketing collateral, websites, and social media. - Conceptualize and execute design ideas that align with branding guidelines and project objectives. - Stay updated with design trends and software tools. 4. Video Editing: - Edit and assemble video footage, audio, and graphics to create compelling videos. - Add visual effects, transitions, and animations as needed. - Optimize videos for various platforms and screen sizes. 5. Quality Control: - Review and approve graphic designs and video edits to ensure they meet quality standards. - Conduct thorough proofreading and quality checks for accuracy and consistency. 6. Budget Management: - Monitor project budgets and resources to ensure cost-effective production. - Provide cost estimates and budget proposals for new projects. 7. Software and Tools: - Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro). - Stay updated with the latest software and tools relevant to the field. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Film Production, or a related field. - Proven experience in graphic design and video editing, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work. - Prior experience in a leadership or managerial role is preferred. - Excellent communication, project management, and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in industry-standard design and video editing software. - Strong creative and conceptual thinking abilities. - Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Job tags
