Project Manager
Job Summary: Softobiz is seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager to oversee and coordinate multiple projects across various countries. As the primary point of contact, you will be responsible for ensuring high customer satisfaction through effective change management, testing management, and communications management for your projects. Experience: 10+ years Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact, developing and maintaining strong client relationships, and promptly escalating any client concerns. - Identify and capitalize on new opportunities for project expansion and additional work. - Create comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, efficiently coordinating all project aspects. - Evaluate project team output, including time, cost, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. - Drive daily project management activities, conducting regular status updates and team meetings. - Ensure timely project delivery within budget, aligning with project goals and vision. - Identify and resolve blockers, risks, and issues, escalating when necessary for prompt resolution. - Implement innovative processes utilizing technology and domain expertise to enhance productivity and reduce manual intervention. - Apply extensive knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology for effective project implementation. - Pursue personal development opportunities and propose solutions for continuous improvement. - Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and collaborate effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds. - Possess proficient written and oral English language skills. - Exhibit strong problem-solving and leadership skills to drive project success. Ideal Candidate Should Have: - A minimum of 5-8 years of experience as a project manager. - Experience working with Agile methodology; Preferred certifications: Prince 2, PMP, or PMI Agile Certified. - Extensive knowledge of implementing projects using Agile/Scrum. - Identify areas of personal development and propose solutions.Job tags
