UPPRCAS3 Elements Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated and creative Social Media Account Manager to join our team. As a Social Media Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing our client's brand presence on various social media platforms. You will lead a team of executives and interns, collaborate with clients, and develop and execute effective social media marketing strategies. If you have a deep understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube, are skilled in campaign planning, and content ideation, and have excellent communication and client servicing abilities, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement for clients.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Generate innovative content ideas and strategies that align with the client's objectives and brand identity.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, ensuring clients' campaigns are cutting-edge.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing excellent client servicing and communication.
• Manage a team, providing guidance and support to achieve campaign goals.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of social media campaigns and provide regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and tailor social media strategies accordingly.

Qualifications and Skills:

• 2-3 years of proven experience in social media marketing and brand management.
• In-depth knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube platforms and their advertising capabilities.
• Strong campaign planning and execution skills.
• Creative thinker with the ability to ideate and develop engaging content.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Team management skills and the ability to lead and motivate a small team.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in social media marketing.
• Client-focused with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
