Role and Responsibilties:

• Collaborating with PDs and Enablers , Key Stakeholders to drive organization wide initiatives
• Planning Organization Initiatives as a project/program management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and tracking and governance, resolve impediments, take necessary approvals from the management
• Analyzing financial data, including department budgets, risks, and resource allocation, expenditure
• Liaison with Enablers ( HR & Admin, Finance & Purchase, L&D) to manage all the employee data for the departments, prepare dashboards and reports for the management, highlight issues along with resolution

Authority:

• Accountable for owning and managing data for SAP Delivery Function, This includes managing Employee Data ( HC, Training, Attrition etc.) and Finance Data( Billable HC, Available HC, Project pipelines, Revenue and Cost etc. ).
• Will represent SAP Delivery in various organization forums

Key Responsibilities &Tasks:

· Provide financial reports and budget outlines to the head of departments

· Oversee the progress of organization initiatives( project) and ensure that teams are carrying out their tasks efficiently

· Draft new and improving existing project management office policies and processes

· Evaluate organization wide initiatives (projects) to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhere to budgets, and meet deadlines

· Enable PDs in business development activities which includes prepare presentations, drive the complete proposal involving all the require stakeholder
