Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager / Shift Manager at Apollo Supply Chain in Chennai. The Assistant Manager / Shift Manager will work closely with the Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, manage a team of workers, allocate resources, monitor transportation and warehouse activities, maintain inventory records, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory procedures.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in supply chain management, preferably in logistics, warehousing, or transportation
• Knowledge of inventory management practices and warehouse management systems
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Experience in team management and staff training and development
• Shift planning and Strong Reporting Knowledge
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Professional certification in supply chain management or related field is a plus
