Key Responsibilities: Strategic Engagement: Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with doctors in their clinics, creating a personalized approach to showcase our products. Your role is crucial in maintaining a strong connection between our offerings and the medical professionals. Relationship Building: Develop and nurture professional relationships with healthcare providers, fostering a positive company image. Your interpersonal skills will be essential in establishing trust and credibility within the medical community. Product Advocacy: Provide doctors with the latest information on our products, articulating their benefits and advantages over competitors. Your persuasive communication skills will play a pivotal role in influencing the adoption of our solutions. Query Resolution: Address doctors' concerns and queries promptly and professionally, demonstrating a deep understanding of our products and the ability to provide tailored solutions. Educational Initiatives: Plan, organize, and execute educational events and product demonstration sessions for doctors. Your creativity will be put to the test in ensuring engaging and informative sessions that leave a lasting impression. Collaborative Coordination:

Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure the success of organized activities, fostering a collaborative environment that enhances our overall market presence. Continuous Improvement: Collect feedback from doctors and attendees, leveraging insights to continuously enhance the quality and effectiveness of our activities, ensuring we stay ahead in a dynamic market. Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with doctors and other healthcare professionals, becoming a trusted partner in their professional journey. After-Sales Support: Provide exceptional after-sales support, addressing concerns promptly and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your commitment to post-sale excellence will contribute to our customer loyalty. Industry Insight: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, competitors' products, and regulatory requirements, providing valuable input to maintain our competitive edge. Qualifications: ● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or any field. ● Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. ● Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. ● Willingness to travel extensively within the designated territory. ● Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and medical terminology is preferred. ● Open to graduate-level freshers with a passion for business development in the healthcare sector.
