DESIGNATION/ TITLE/ TEAM
Assistant Manager / Manager - Client Servicing & Business Development REPORTING TO Senior Manager - Client Servicing & Business Development LOCATION: Andheri West Mumbai KEY OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE Ø Managing Client accounts from a long term perspective Ø Be a single point contact for the client & the back end team KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Ø High involvement in Research, Planning & Strategy making to ensure new client participation Ø Should be updated with the latest technology & regular market information to ensure selling the service at the right time, as per the client pitch Ø To acquire new clients and ensure quality delivery standards Ø Negotiate with Clients on cost estimation and budget to ensure good results & maximum profitability Ø Act as a single point of contact between the client and the internal team Ø Understanding the client’s activation requirement & accordingly involve the internal team to provide innovative solutions & measures Ø To provide timely feedback to the internal Team and make sure appropriate revisions are made to the concept, design, estimate, etc. Ø To coordinate with all the departments and ensure execution on all fronts from pre to post events or activations QUALIFICATION Graduate/ Post Graduate in Event Management / Marketing / Advertising TARGET INDUSTRIES Events & Activations/BTL Industry COMPETENCY § Behavioral Competency Ø A good command on English language with good Inter Personal Skills Ø Good at negotiating with clients, vendors & internal customers Ø Selling instincts with a forward thinking approach Ø Smart Judgment to take independent decision Ø Good at Presentation Skills § Technical Competency Ø Sound Knowledge on Event/Activations Set Ups & BTL activities Ø Proficiency in Microsoft Office & MS Power PointJob tags
