Job description

Managing the Takshila Foundation & Sabrangi Handmade Pvt. Ltd office in Mumbai and closely working with the Director. This includes-

Communication ·

Setting up Zoom meetings and scheduling calls. ·

Coordinating with Takshila offices. ·

Responding, screening and documenting calls from customers and taking customer feedback. ·

Coordinating with Digital media team. ·

Preparing Letters.

Documentation & Data Management ·

Maintaining and Archiving Data. ·

Maintaining Product and warehouse list. ·

Preparing presentations and catalogues ·

Keeping meeting notes. ·

Managing monthly sales sheet. ·

Managing Exhibition Participations and related documents.

Administrative Support ·

Managing Orders. Making invoices and dispatch details ·

Managing office expenses and reimbursements. ·

Managing the overall upkeep of the office.
