Technical Support : Senior System Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities:
The job roles and responsibilities are,
➤ Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, and network systems.
➤ Demonstrate a deep understanding of the product's technical aspects to guide customers in the use and troubleshooting of the product.
➤ Develop a strong understanding of our systems, to solve technical issues.
➤ Stay up-to-date with the latest product updates, bug fixes, and new releases to ensure accurate information is provided to customers.
➤ Use a proactive approach to identify potential problems and solutions. This may involve conducting independent research, using online resources such as Google, when faced with novel challenges.
➤ Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process and propose improvements.
Skills Required:
➤ Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, with experience in Linux environments as a strong plus.
➤ Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
➤ Ability to think quickly on your feet and use resources effectively to find solutions.
➤ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for translating complex technical concepts into simple terms.
➤ Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
