Process planning of all parts to be manufactured of the NPD press tools as per print
Responsible to instruct properly to the machine operators ( inhouse team or vendor ) to get the work done in time and with stipulated quality norms
Responsible to maintain OTP of NPD press tool above 80% Responsible to maintain FTR of NPD press tool parts above 85% Responsible for taking trial of the NPD tools Responsible to take trials for outsourced tool and submit tool acceptance report Responsible for keep his work table and work area clean and usable as per 5S norms Responsible to take trials for outsourced tool and submit tool acceptance report Responsible for effectively debugging of the NPD tools in minimum iterations Part of review team for tool design DFM. Responsible for keeping related records like inspection reports , trial reports, MTFG formats etc.Job tags
