1. Knowledge about ISO 9001; 14001 & 45001 & face ISO audit in previous company.
2. Knowledge about NABL (ISO/IEC 17025:2017) & face NABL audit in previous company.
3. Prepare SOP, Procedure, require format & link with QMS / Manual.
4. Knowledge about supplier management system & customer complaint handling.
5. Knowledge of GC; HPLC and preventive maintenance of Instruments. 
6. Knowledge about change control, deviation handling, CAPA & OOS.
7. Knowledge of Instrument calibration & Method validation.
