Must-Have: Coordinate with Procurement and Purchasing teams to approve and implement new software orders and bulk licenses. MDM management including configuration profiles to manage all active issued Apple devices, (MacOS and iOS) while concentrating on current industry-led security protocols and standards Migrate devices and policies from existing JAMF environments to a current JAMF cloud instance Good-to-Have: Manage Volume Purchase Program (VPP) for purchased software orders Effectively document, communicate procedures, and actively train downstream support teams
