Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager - Accounts and Finance. The Manager - Accounts and Finance will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, creating financial reports, overseeing accounting operations, preparing budgets, direct & indirect tax compliance and ensuring compliance with accounting and financial standards.

Qualifications

• Expertise in financial management, accounting, and budgeting
• Thorough knowledge of IGAAP and minimum1+ years experience in preparation of Annual and periodical Financial Statements
• Good knowledge in Direct and Indirect Tax with special provisions applicable to HFC's,
• Managing Statutory & Regulatory Audits 
• Preparation of MIS and timely submission to the Management
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage a team and coordinate with other departments
• Thorough knowledge of accounting and financial rules and regulations

Required skillsets

• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to lead the Accounts Dept. and Finance function.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Candidates with experience in NBFC sector & location in Borivali-Andheri belt will have an added advantage.

CTC Rs. 8-10 Lakhs.
