Job description
Program Manager will be an integral part of the client facing team and will be responsible for managing and developing multiple strategic initiatives for a bouquet of clientele. The role will be directly reporting to the Head of Operations and is expected to have a keen understanding of the Healthcare/Insurance ecosytem.
Qualifications :-
- Graduate with said background - BDS, BAMS,BHMSÂ
- Any certification in Data analysis would be an added advantage
Experience :-
- Minimum 3-4Â years of experience of project management in a healthcare domain
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in MS Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Data analysis etc.
Responsibilities :
Operational activities -
- Plans, develops, implements, and coordinates multiple projectsÂ
- Designs and implements systems to assess, collect, maintain, and analyze data; generate progress reports, final reports, evaluation, and other information related to project
- Establishes and implements short- and long-range goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures; monitors and evaluates operational effectiveness and effects changes required for improvement
- Directs, manages, and oversees the daily operational aspects of program management
- Develops and implements systems and processes to establish and maintain continiuty of the business
Team Management -
- Managing a team of health care advocates or group of physicians
- Providing training, floor support and auditing support
- Devising strategies to increase revenue, cut costs, and promote growth
- Continuous feedback and performance improvement plans for the care advocates
- Carrying out daily operational activities with due diligence
- Structured approach & execution capability
- Managing hiring, attrition and shrinkage
Client Satisfaction -
- Meeting with clients to discuss project status and weekly/monthly trends
- Creating and presenting detailed analysis reports
- Meeting client requirements as per the SLA
Stakeholder management -
- Manage Internal and external stakeholders
- Form a liaison between the client expectations and internal stakeholders
- Devise new strategies for process improvement
- Managing process deliverables, revenue, gross margins as per Internal stakeholder expectations
Project Governance -
- Monthly in person meetings with the clients
- Ready to travel across client & other locations in India
- Weekly/monthly meetings with the Vendor teamÂ
