'Job Description (UCC)Objectives of this role Build / Maintain the applications for the organization Performing application detail design, coding, review, testing, maintenance, and performance-tuning work. Executes procedures to monitor systems performance and integrity Oversee the performance of applications to ensure they re always running properly Collaborate with the rest of the team to ensure applications align with organizational goals as well as customer needs Design creative prototypes based on specifications Write high-quality source code to program complete applications within deadlines Improve our overall application development process and continuously find ways to advance our apps Contributes to task lists and cost and time estimates to support project plan development Participating in providing user support by way of application acceptance and deployment. Work with teammates and customer representatives to collect, document, review, and update business requirements that must be supported by the application Escalates integration issues to resolve system discrepancies Reporting disruptions before they escalate into larger problems Documents maintenance and support activities to ensure quality controlResponsibilities Build and Maintain software that fulfills specific needs Find solutions to security threats, or errors that might hinder the performance of applications Carry out regular security and performance checks Remain current on technology trends to keep our software as innovative as possible Stay on track of the application lifecycle to ensure necessary updates are completed on timeRequired skills and qualifications Proven experience (professional or otherwise) as an application developer Deep understanding of core programming principles, including design Critical thinking and analytical skills Keen attention to detail Excellent time management Knowledge in Shell Script Perl Script Node JS Web Frameworks (Angular, Reactjs) Java development JavaScript HTML CSS jQuery Web services (REST/ SOAP) Database Queries: SQL MYSQL Oracle Cisco AXL Schema Full Stack Development Docker Experience Linux Experience' (1.) To provide support for on call escalations and doing root cause analysis of given issue (2.) To independently resolve tickets within agreed SLA of ticket volume and time (3.) To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies (4.) Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update and management, Training freshers, coaching analysts (5.) To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases
