Job description
As the Human Resources Business Partner Global Lead, you will support global leaders in multiple regional offices by prioritizing Human Resources (HR) programs and developing strategies to achieve key business objectives on a global scale; building and maintaining solid business relationships with leaders and HR support teams, ultimately assuming role of trusted advisor and strategic partner.
In this highly visible role, you will partner with global HR teams, legal and communications to create efficient and effective solutions. Successful candidates will possess the following: • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred • 7+ years progressive HR experience in a corporate environment with a minimum of 4 years supporting business leaders in a global complex matrix environment • Demonstrated ability to adapt and execute HR strategies with business leaders to achieve key business objectives • Proven ability to leverage data driven strategies in alignment with company priorities to energize others to action • Exceptional verbal, listening and presentation skills with the ability to communicate clear objectives/direction • High level of professionalism, confidentiality and diplomacy in interactions at all levels • Ability to handle complex issues with discretion, serving as mediator and guide to conflict resolution across all levels of the organization • Impeccable attention to detail, follow-through and the ability to proactively anticipate needsJob tags
