Job description

Responsibilities: Identify and research potential partner institutions : Focus on colleges with relevant IT-related programs and high student placement rates.
Develop and present tailored partnership proposals: Highlight the benefits of the training programs for students and faculty, and propose mutually beneficial collaboration models (e.g., joint workshops, scholarship programs).
Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements: Secure commitments from institutions and establish clear communication channels.
Coordinate the implementation of partnership activities: Organize joint events, workshops, and guest lectures on campus.
Track and measure the effectiveness of partnerships: Analyze student enrollment generated and other key metrics.

Additional Responsibilities:

*Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in the IT field.
*Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry professionals for potential guest lectures and training opportunities.
*Participate in marketing and promotional activities for the institute.
*Assist with the development and delivery of training programs if required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 0-6 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the education or IT sector.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Understanding of the IT training industry and student needs.
Passion for education and technology.
